When is monthly tuition due?

Tuition is due the 1st of the month. A late fee of $25 will be added to your account if tuition has not been paid by the 10th of each month.

Do I need to re-enroll each month?

Once you are enrolled, you will stay enrolled until you let us know you are dropping. We require a two-week notice, that can be emailed to us, or you can let someone at the front desk know.

What is the proper attire to wear to gymnastics classes?

Girls in gymnastics classes need to wear a leotard. Athlete’s in tumbling classes may wear a t-shirt/fitted tank top with shorts. A sports bra and shorts will not be permitted. Boys in gymnastics classes may wear a t-shirt and athletic shorts. 

What happens if I can’t pick my child up on time?

We ask that you please call the gym to let us know.  We do not have extra staff available to watch athletes after their classes are over. If this becomes a common occurrence, an additional fee will be applied to your account. Your child’s safety is our first priority.

How do I get in touch with a coach to ask questions?

Let someone at the front desk know if you have questions/concerns. Please be courteous to all the athletes training, leave a note at the front desk and a coach will be happy to speak with you. Parents are not permitted out in the gym during workouts as per USAG Safe sport rules.

What is your weather policy?

We always follow Sapulpa school closings. During the spring and summer, we will send out an email, as well as post on our Facebook page if we need to cancel classes. 

Do you offer family/multi-class discounts?

We do offer a discount for families enrolling multiple kids in different classes. Please contact the front desk for more information.

Is there a registration fee?

All class athletes must pay a $50 registration fee. This fee is annual, and due at time of enrollment.
